Camera settings adjustment is a must-have for me! My organization disabled the Windows camera app - the only way I can adjust camera settings is by launching Skype first. We are trying to move away from Skype - but I have to keep launching it to adjust my video device settings.
Direct link to the cam settings is a must!
Currently, I always have to start e.g. Skype first, adjust my camera settings there (especially zoom, exposure and white balance), close Skype and only then I can use the camera in MS Teams.
Very cumbersome and very unfortunate for a collaboration software to be used every day.
Also the ability to change the resolution and perspective is very important. Prefer a narrower width - headshot that doesn't show the entire room in the background with a wide-angle web cam

I would like to see camera setting options like we used to have in Skype for Business. Attached are two screen shots taken within minutes of each other. Same camera, same lighting, but different apps. You can see how dark the auto adjust settings are in Teams and there is no way to adjust this setting within teams. However, in the very same lighting with the same camera, I am able to adjust the settings in Skype. It seems that it's not a camera issue but an app issue.
