Simplify the license structure
So we need to buy a phone system (£6 per user per month) then a calling subscription (£12 per user per month), totalling £18 per user per month MINIMUM to have an operational system. This is insanely expensive when you have a lot of staff that make a small amount of calls, the entire point of having a soft phone system is that it should be cheaper to operate than a hardware based system!
The £6 per user per month is reasonable as it is comparable to the lifetime cost of a hardware system (in fact it's a bit more expensive already).
On the other hand, the £12 subscription for every user to be able to make calls is completely outrageous. Why can we not pay for a phone system and then allow users to make calls on a pay-per-use basis and have the subscriptions only for the high-use staff?
This licensing structure is very bad value for money for any businesses that aren't call centres!
I would also appreciate a use-based license instead of user-based.
