Make it so everyone on the video conference can be seen at the same time
Currently when on a larger video conference only 4 people are shown where other apps such as Zoom you can see all participants in the video conference at the same time.

I would suggest adding both pre-built layout options, but also provide the ability to completely customise (e.g. rearrange, resize, hide) video feeds from conference participants (including your own feed)

this is a must unless you want people switching to Zoom
