Force video pinning / video mute others
It would be great to force pinning for video of one presenter for others.
I want to focus them
To presenters videos, avoiding big video parts of viewing participants.

I agree with this.
The ability to force meeting owners to pin a particular participant's video is a feature for people with disabilities who can't identify who each face is, if they can't focus on a particular person To help.
As of August 9, 2020, regarding the display setting of the conference, participants cannot set the same state and experience unless they set the pins.
This situation is inefficient and costly to support meeting owners.
I'd agree that it would be useful to pin a single presenter - but also to allow users to pin a 2nd one (e.g. Sign Language Interpreter for those that need it)

At the moment it is indeed annoying, that invited people can disturb your presentation in case they turn on the camera. We do webinars with Teams with 100 people from around the world. We need to have the speaker on full screen as he speaks in a meeting room where he works with a Flip Chart e.g. In case somebody turns on his camera, the speaker can only be seen on 50% of the screen and we see a second person we don't want to have there. Since we as a meeting organizer can put people into silent mode we also want to turn off somebodies camera if needed.
I would prefer that anyone can lock the videos for who they want to see on their screen. It would not necessarily lock the videos for others in the meeting. Everyone can select who they want to lock on their grid.
Definitely a much needed feature in education, especially with High school students, to help them not get distracted and focus on the teacher presenting.

+1 for this features
We have meeting with multiple people at the same time that may talk one after the other but with one people sharing screen beeing the presenter we want to be able to pin it and even better if we could make it bigger (the only one displayed) instead of a grid of 2*2...

This would be very useful in Education settings. It would allow a teacher to quickly put a group of students on the screen without needing them to say a full sentence. It might be easier for Microsoft to implement than increasing the number of videos on the screen. Although it's not as good, it would help make sure that every student can have their face seen.
The presenter could have 2 options: Pin for Me and Pin for All. The pin for all could overwrite any attendee pins.

I am voting for this and hopefully clarifying that it would be helpful to lock the video (shared screen) of a presenter - to be full screen so that attendees can focus on the presenter's content and not have other attendees video boxes distracting from the current presentation.
