Bluetooth Headset - Volume Adjustment
I use an Apples AirPods Pro Bluetooth headset with Teams and find that the sound level is hard to control. I experience that the volume level is very high and only when I adjust to a volume setting as low as 1 or 2 it is acceptable for Teams meetings.
Further, setting up the use of Bluetooth headset with Teams seems unnecessary complicated.
Please let me know if there is anything you can do to upgrade the user experience when using a Bluetooth headset.
I run Teams via a HP Elitebook laptop and via the Teams app on an iPhone.
I have the same issues of the volume: when I use the "AirPods Hands-Free AG Audio" device the volume is too high even when set to 1 (and the audio quality is low), if I use the music Profile, the volume is good, but I can't use the airpods microphone. Moreover, only when using bluetooth device and teams only, often the CPU usage go high, the video and the audio freeze for several seconds. It does not happen with any other application (e.g. Zoom).
Same problem. I can't use AirPods with teams because it is so loud. Even when I change it to the lowest setting it is unbearably loud.
Same problem here. Have to switch off of stereo mode to hands free AG audio each time to be able to control the volume. Then set volume at 1 which in my opinion is still too loud.

I am also having this issue and would like to know how to control the volume in my airpods when on Teams meeting. Its blaring now and hard to manage. My laptop volume control doesn't touch it.
Same issue, max volume when wearing airpods, can't adjust the volume.

Hi, I have difficulty controlling the Apple AirPods as well, on MS Teams. Please help. Thanks!
Also problem with high volume using Freebuds with Teams! Using HP Elitebook.

This is ridiculous. Just got new airpods and cant use them in teams because the volume is so loud . That was the purpose of buying them. This needs to be fixed please.
I was able to use one Bluetooth headset's own volume control (no control on the PC), but my two other preferred earbuds cannot control volume by their own volume control or the PC. This, to me, is unexpected and unwelcome. Haven't had this issue with other apps, so I'm hoping there's a fix on the way for Teams. This is a basic (and I'm surprised there aren't more comments hear about it).

I am using the Bluetooth Huawei FreeBuds 3 and this problem in Teams is really bad.
During a team meeting/Audio-Call I have to adjust the "device volume" in Teams to a very low level, but then every time someone different talks or even if the same person talking gets closer to or further away from their Mic the volume goes deafeningly high. I have to then adjust the volume again by going up (or down) and back to the same level it was before. I have to keep on doing this every few minutes which is extremely annoying and disruptive.

Same issue, and when I end one call and start another the volume turns itself back up in teams on Windows 10 PC. Please fix this. I don't have this issue with my airpods in other applications.

This is a real problem - super super loud! Not an issue with Webex or other applications.

Just got Airpods Pro and experiencing the same issue. Volume has to be set at 1 in order to not be too loud.
