Dual monitor mode - Show participant videos and screen shared content on separate screens
Dual Monitor Mode should be Available - Suppose if any user is using dual monitor so he can opt of this option called Dual Monitor mode - where it show participant videos on one screen and screen shared content on separate screens. - This feature is available on Zoom.us
This function is essential for great collaboration. At the moment colleagues are slow to share their screens as they lose the ability to see the other participants which is wrong. There simply needs to be the ability to have camera images on one screen seperate to the shared window, both for viewers and presenters. As others have said this is basic functionality for Zoom users and the reason why we still have to resort to zoom for a lot of our meetings. Please confirm where this function is on the roadmap. It is more important for collaboration than the recently released pop out meeting window, which only serves to allow people to get distracted by still chatting with others when in a meeting!!
Any update MS? Need this feature! Trying to plan our conference room designs and its hard to decide on one or two screens.
Super useful feature!
This would really help us in keeping the session more interactive and live. I can make myself clear weather my session makes audience feel bore!!
Would love to see this feature added soon.

Strange Video Pop Out Option not yet introduced which is available in Skype, Zoom & Webex. Looking forward for solution.
Very annoying that I can't fullscreen the shared screen on my primary monitor (so I can read the fine print that they're sharing), and have the speaker's video on my second monitor (laptop, where my webcam is so that others see me looking at them when I talk to them).
I prefer webex at this point due to this.

Yes! Strangely when you present something to other participants in the meeting you are able to detach the video stream window from the content you're presenting, but when someone else is presenting something you wind up with a single screen with the video stream below the shared content, and with almost no possibility to see who's speaking!

This feature of participant video on one screen and content on the other is a must have. We have this with our previous Polycom solution and now we're very disappointed to not be able to use the dual TVs in our meeting rooms with Teams. Please add this feature.

This would make the functionality of Teams much more effective for me in using Teams to run online programming for youth. It is also a safety concern. I need to be able to see what participants are doing and how they are engaging with the material I am presenting. This would also allow for me to answer questions in the chat box while I am screen sharing. Currently once you go into screen share mode Teams is basically a one-way conversation and interaction stops.
This is a standard feature on webex, zoom, chime and most other conferencing software. really limits the ability the share content and see people/chats/meeting notes at the same time.
The biggest reason why we don't use Teams Rooms! We will switch to Zoom now,
There are few components in the teams meeting that should be able to detach/pop-up from the windows
- conversation windows
- participants windows
- videos windows
- shared content
This is useful when we use multiple screen so that we can manage all the windows at the same time.

Would love to be able to share content on one screen and a colleague shares content on another. Easy to collaborate with different tools

As a project manager and Project Management trainer, I am in total agreement with you.
I would like to be able to present my contents while being able to see the participants' faces, this will allow me to gauge how I am going and their boredom level from remote. :)
Would love to see this feature added soon.
Currently, I work around this by using 2 devices, Windows 10 as presenter device and iPad Pro as my video and audio device which allows me achieve what I want.

Hello MS dev Team,
This is a must and nice to have feature. We have used Zoom for collaboration and dual screen feature for separate Video and Presentation screen is a good option as it clearly separates Content and Audience view. We wanted to get out of Zoom usage from our organization. if such similar features are enabled we can leverage the Teams more effectively.
