Ringcentral has this feature that--as an admin--you can listen and/or jump in on any active call without notifying the participants to provide any assistance or feedback to our employees. My organization would like to switch over to using Microsoft Teams as our primary phone system, but because Teams is missing this feature, we don't make the change.
