The function for a custom greeting (both text to speech or upload sound file) for a teams group mailbox is very much required. It is very common business need to apply a custom greeting to a common voicemail box.

This seems like a very obvious feature to implement. There is far too much robot voice within the Teams Auto Attendant that can't be edited.

I am very confused as to how we can change an automatic greeting on auto attendant, but not the Teams Groups. Please develop this.

This is something that would really make the system so much nicer. We have these nice voice overs / greetings - then this jarring Voice to Text audio.

Agreed. Don’t understand how this isn’t already part of system. Core feature.

This would be nice. Our "mail line" voicemail forwards to an Office 365 group voicemail afterhours and if nobody can answer the phone. It would be nice to create a custom greeting here.
As the OP said, you can customize the greeting on the auto-attendant and then forward to the voicemail, but the greeting on the voicemail is still there.
