Use external incoming call history to identify whether the call came directly or transferred
It would be great if we can identify whether the call came directly or transferred by checking the call history. When receiving an incoming call, we can identify if it’s transferred because it’s displayed as so, but it couldn’t be verified from the call history.
If a call comes in directly there will either be an external ANI or a trunk number in the CALLING_PTY field. Otherwise that field will contain some value within the dial plan.
