Automatic update of contact display name in teams
When display name of a contact person has been updated in Azure AD, it does not reflect automatically to Teams even after a week. I had to remove the contact away from the contact list and add again as a new contact in order to get the update visible. This kind of updates should happen automatically regularly.

This! I have generic accounts for some positions in the company: receiving, purchasing, etc... and I had someone who left, his account still says the previous person's name, even if everywhere else, it says the changed user name.

Also, recent chat tab does not refresh display name changes hardly ever
