Select MP3 as custom ringtone
It perplexes me why Teams on my Windows 10 desktop does not have the ability to allow me to select my own MP3 (or WAV) file to be used as the ringtone. The built in ringtones are quite honestly lame and in our office of dozens of Teams softphones, the built in ringtones just don't cut it. In the settings for Teams, please allow us to browse and select a custom MP3/WAV ringtone file for incoming calls!

Need option to change ringtone in a desperate way! In our work environment the background noise level is well above what users in an office would experience. Without the ability to use a different ringtone people are missing calls because the selections are just too passive & quiet - even at the highest ringer volume setting. Missed calls in our case is missed money or added cost.

I have to echo this. The ability to have truly custom ringtones (from an mp3 / wav / ...) would be beneficial. Both for general calls and for specific callers.

I wonder why this is not standard from the beginning as all smartphones as well as all softphone apps I know (e.g. CISCO Jabber) offer such a customization.

I agree with the above comment. Selecting a custom ringtone would be a much appreciated feature
