Team in my company setup does not allow disabling of recording function. To limit it only to Organizer.
MS Teams in my company setup does not allow disabling of recording function. There is no way to limit it only to Organizer. Currently anyone can record and this can be without permission of the meeting organizer.

You can change this in the meeting options when creating a calendar invite. When you create a calendar invite and choose Teams. At the bottom in click on Meeting Options and choose Who can present and change to only you. This will prevents others from recording meetings unless you grant them presenter rights during the meeting. If you do this they will be able to record.
