Set incoming ringtones per call queue
Since multiple call queues may be directed to the same person it would be great to be able to set unique ringtones per call queue so that the receptionist can easily identify who is calling without having to look at the notification toast. This would allow them to make the appropriate greeting when using a headset when stepping away from their desk.

I would particularly like to be able to set a different ring tone for internal calls from staff members and external incoming calls from outside sources. For the same reason as mentioned above - so that if receptionists are wearing a wireless headset and are away from their desk, they know how to answer the phone without having to walk back to their desk to check the source of the call in Teams.

And include a 'silent' ring option too.
Agents want to be able to hear calls for some queues, but just see the visual alert for others.
