Secondary ringer keeps resetting
Currently, Teams keeps changing Secondary ringer to "none" for me. I usually have it set to my PC's speakers or a Jabra Link 370 paired to a Jabra Speak 510, but it is not saving this setting.

This issue has creeped into our organisation on a wider, and wider scale. More users seem to suffer with every update to Teams. All fixes found and thought of make no difference, so must absolutely be a bug!
The only solution we have been able to provide is to unplug your headset, and when your device rings - plug the headset back in to take the call... Not practical, nor professional!

as reported by Carol Bordignon this behaviour is definitely a BUG, this is not a feature request, thus @Alex the Microsoft Teams Devs need to address this issue! The feature is already there, but not saving the configurations consistently.
Login-in and out of Teams is an inevitability as this is a token based session (as you expect in a SaaS scenario) which eventually expires. Being forced to check Audio settings every time this occurs and have to repeatedly do 5+ clicks to rectify is beyond annoying.
Not to mention the many Org. users who are non the wiser and raise support requests as their calls don't come through both headsets and computer speakers so they miss calls when stepping away from their stations.
Really, this needs fixing, and quick!
I'm NOT going to add a vote to this until a teams representative can reasonably counter argue why I should vote to fix a BUG!?!?!
I'm facing the same issue and because of this I tend to miss any calls when I step away, and I have to keep unplugging my headset when not in use..😒

I am having this issue also - the Secondary ringer resets to "none" every time Teams closes/signs out. Very annoying as without the secondary ringer it can be very easy to miss phone calls.
It is a bug. It is resetting when logging out and in again. Just closing teams keeps the secondary ringer.
I have the opposite problem: I have set secondary ringer to none (as I'm working from home, and i don't want to wake up everybody else) and STILL it rings in headphones (primary) and laptop speakers. Any suggestions?!

It appears to save the setting after a restart but not after signing out of Teams and back in.
I have the same issue, among many other with team. They are spending more on marketing than they are on making product that works as expected.
