During meetings, show people's names over their heads, including their pronouns
I know it's a lot to ask, but imagine if Teams showed people's names over their heads, with their selected pronouns. Addressing others in large meetings would be solved, specially for new hires. I'm aware that this needs facial recognition, which is hard in many ways. I'm guessing it would be an opt-in program, and the data would be only associated with the company where the users belong. Though, imagine how things could go once this is set up. I'm guessing that augmented reality glasses will be a standard device in some years. Imagine navigating through the company's campus as an employee, watching the names of the buildings and offices easily, and also people's names and selected pronouns before interacting with them. A future like this will be easier to navigate, and human interactions will happen more fluently. People without much experience addressing others by their names or preferences will be able to send their message more effectively, and make others feel more welcome to participate.

Pronouns are under review on another thread: https://microsoftteams.uservoice.com/forums/599053-schools-and-universities/suggestions/40436230-user-pronouns?tracking_code=287e8cad5d2e816c5b4d85d997044162

I would like the simple feature of showing pronouns or editing profile name to include pronouns.

I like it. A related approach would be to use speaker voice recognition (instead of or in addition to face recognition) to identify who is currently speaking (say in a conference room) and show their name, etc. as part of the Teams UI. I can think of at least two real life occurrences in the last few weeks where this would have been useful.
