I am sure we are like any other organization and work out of both Teams - Shifts and Outlook Calendar. I figured this was going to be automatic. We need these two to sync up please!!!

Please add this feature to the MS Shifts plugin, as soon as possible... This is the most basic thing to add first... Why do we even need to vote for it.

None of our teams are using shifts because of the lack of this very basic feature.
Everyone works in Outlook Cal because every other microsoft service integrates with it. No one will use this if we can't at least display a Shifts calendar in Outlook.You can't have a Shift system that doesn't in someway allow for synchronization to a shared calendar.

It's clear that MS has no intention of a decent calendar for shifts. It's got to be the worst experience with a shift manager I have ever seen. There's a meeting calendar and outlook calendar, both useless with shifts.
