Call history for Auto Attendants or call queues
We have had several queries regarding obtaining logs from call queues or auto attendants similar to those that could be obtained for S4B.
Is there anyway this can considered so we can investigate issues raised for these voice apps
We simply need to see call history, of those who called the queue. If the call was missed, who called is not showing up in the call history of any of the members of the queue.

We need to be able to see the history for our call queue to see calls we may have missed.
It would ensure less calls are missed, and increase our capacity to assist callers. Very useful to have it appeared in the call history in Teams!

This! Often clients will not leave a message when trying to call our office. It'd be nice to see missed calls through the AA so we can see who's been trying to call.
Yes definitely we need this to trace the calls and quality
We'd very much like to see a list of incoming calls we may have missed from our auto attendants/call queues. If the caller didn't make it through the menus or hung up without leaving a message we'd like to track that info to make sure we are answering all our calls/catching all our leads.
