Reports for Shifts
I'm trying real hard to get my managers on board with using the Shifts Calendar. The only reason they are hesitant is the lack of reporting. We need to be able to pull reports from shifts to:
1. Show the total hours for the specific shift types
2. Show each person's total.
The existing export of the weekly calendar is not a very good report.
Allowing Shifts data to easily be pulled using Power Automate and Power Bi would also be helpful with a couple of tutorials.

Is there any way to customise the reports, which currently have a 45-day limit.
