Reply to specific message in chat on desktop app
Having the ability to reply to specific messages in a chat on the desktop app. This is available on mobile today.

Thank you for your continued feedback. As many people have pointed out, this is available on mobile today. Support for replying to a specific message is on the backlog for desktop. I’ll let you know when we have progress to share. Thanks.

Doesn't help that the 'reply' link gets buried behind a scroll on a long conversation but the 'start new discussion' is prominently anchored to the bottom of the page. Perhaps the Reply button could be more prominent and anchored to the side of each comment.

You have this feature in Skype but not in Teams, how can this IMPORTANT feature be ignored, this is one of two primary issues we are facing, and if there's no solution in the future, eventually we will have no other option to switch to a different platform!

I guess it works to say, "RE: (message specific)" before every reply but it's a challenging to track the conversation and thereby makes some of the competitors' functionality more desirable!

Sometimes there are more questions in different messages. It's not possible now to answer a specific question/message. I really want to do that, so I don't have to type a former question again.
In whatsapp it's possible. -
