Add following features to Microsoft Teams calendar:

・A setting that shows calendars in the monthly view
・A setting that creates private meeting items

If we could see monthly schedules, it would be easier to manage cross-week schedules.
For Teams meetings, if we could create them as confidential, we would be able to use private meetings.
