Live Event Attendee List (during the event)
Except for the people who are part of the organisation team (producers & presenters), a producer cannot see during the webinar WHO is attending it. For me, having a report AFTER the webinar is not enough.
This idea was already discussed in the MS Teams Community, and it was suggested to post an idea here, but I didn't find any, so here you go ;)
Also only Producers and Attendees are on the list but it doesn't display presenters. What's up with that? After creating a ticket, a MS engineer replied with "working as designed." Well can we get all attendees on the downloaded file please?

YES! We need this, makes no sense to get it only after the event.
I am using team live event features for a quite time now. After the session I download the attendee engagement report. I am unable to understand what does anonymous stands for. I see attendees, joined, left but what is anonymous. Should anonymous be counted as part of session?

If there were to be a list of attendees it would be good if there was an option to click on them and invite them in as a presenter particularly if they want to ask a question live.
There is an attendee engagement report you can download by going back into the event and expanding Live Event Resources.
In order to offer continuing education credit for our courses, we need the ability to access the attendee list during the event and at the conclusion of the event. It would also be helpful if there were a way to determine who the anonymous attendees are. After our most recent event, an anonymous attendee reached out for credit and i have no way of confirming they attended.
Please let us know that there is at least some progress being made on this issue?
Our company really needs the ability to have Guests register for a live event and be able to report on attendees both during and after the webinar concludes
Having an attendee list is crucial with Events. There are times someone may have forwarded a meeting invite to someone or group of people who should not be attending due to confidential information being presented. Having ability to see who is attending and then also the ability to remove that particular attendee(s) is important.

Totally agree. In our case we create live events for small/medium groups, and it would be very useful to know who is connected during the meeting, so you can tailor your presentation.

Yes live webinar attendees registration should be provided. Especially if the person attending an event do not have a Microsoft Account.
When emailing and sharing a generated live event attendee link, there is no control on how many persons have access to that link and/or who will attempt to attends that event. Admins and/or Event Producers should have the ability to enable guest registration for live teams events. This feature can include data privacy approval upon the user's registration submission, with access as attendee only when using teams.
The user information provided can then be used to generate attendance listings and other event analytical reports (such as gender, demographics, client device used, etc). Hopefully in teams, these registered guest will be allowed to take part in the polls, Q&A sessions and other attendee features currently enjoyed by only Microsoft licensed users.
Similar to other live webinar systems, participants/attendees are allowed to create an account that can only join sessions. When looking from the context of using Teams for company training sessions, this is feature that is very important in building org-client relations as well as improve live event user experience.
Agreed. We need to know who is actually on the webinars we host so we can tailor the way we go through the content.

From a marketing department, when organizing a free live event, the main objective is to obtain leads interested in a topic.
To do this, a link to the live event is shared since, obviously, if the objective is to capture leads, when setting up the live event, the emails of the attending public are not available.
Therefore, it is essential to have a functionality that allows that, when sharing the link to an event, before entering the event, the guests identify themselves with their names and emails, fulfilling the double function of introducing their data in the CRM of the organization and at the same time, they appear in the list of participants and can interact during the event, using the chat or even asking questions by voice to the organizers or moderators.
I think the attendee list is very important to have.

Attendees list including basis details about event participant is essential and should be made available through Teams reporting.
Such report could also help for post event analysis and reporting statistics.
I also feel having the list of who is connected while the meeting is happening is important.

I agree would like to see who is connected to the live event and watching. At its simplest form, you can know which key people are on the session.
Also, Would like also have the ability for a Q&A feature to add video/audio for people to ask the questions directly and have the producer option to publish the question that way.
A nice addon would be to pull in a attendee in as a presenter in real time. This will be for special guest and high level executives to pop in the event providing feedback, and giving a more interactive feel to the event.
