Pin Channel Tabs in the Teams sidebar
Currently Channels may be pinned into the Teams sidebar, however tabs within the channels are not able to be pinned.
As I use Team more and more for workflow and collaboration the extra clicks are a minor frustration.

I've discovered that we aren't using the "teams" part of teams that much because everyone stays in the chat section and never navigates to teams section.

I would like to even be able to pin a channel tab to the default page of the channel. For example, we have a channel for time sheet edits, but we don't use the posting feature, we have a click up form embedded as a website and they need to fill out the form. It's annoying to have to toggle past a useless posts tab every time.
This is really needed for people that have added a website in a channel's top navigation menu and would like to access it from the sidebar. That way I don't need to select a Team when I'm having a private chat to access the website.
This would be a huge help with tabs and finding things easier on channels.
Also for education, the ability to pin the Assignments Tab, would be veeery useful:
It shows me "3 more", even though there is enough space to make a third tab visible.
Would like to pin specific tabs in certain channels (e.g. a planner tab) that I need to update fairly frequently instead of the parent channel. This one tab is the only one of interest to me in the channel.

How do I pin frequently used in-channel tabs for quick access? Otherwise I am always trying to remember which channel has what tab that I need in a given moment. How am I supposed to remember that Channel X is the one with that tab ABC.... Channel Y has tab NNN... etc? I am in, say... 15 teams, engaged in 18 channels across them... with 3 tabs each... that’s 54 tabs, and I’m interested in only 6 of them...
Also, as channels add tabs it becomes harder to find any given tab on that channel ...because there’s no way to organize them for ones own purpose is to keep them visible and at your fingertips...
