Enabling remote assistance for IT service.
Dialog boxes require admin password to install apps remotely at times. Dialog boxes appear for credentials but we are unable to enter usernames and passwords.

Agreed. Either enable UAC dialog prompts or integrate Windows 10 Quick Assist.

I struggle performing IT support with this tool. Many dialog boxes can not be controlled. Once control is lost for that window, all control is lost, requiring user intervention to close a box, after which control is restored.
