Propose New Time in Teams Calendar
In the Teams calendar, I can accept, tentatively accept, or decline a meeting. It would be great to have the option to propose a new time directly in Teams so we do not have to switch to Outlook to do that.
Hi, As mentionned by Jeremy S email response by default would be better... It's rude for organizer to not receive all of them, and users are not aware of the consequences to accept or decline in the caldendar view (no response email to organizer...)
THks for your help

It would also be nice for the meeting organizer to receive notifications for those people that decline a meeting. Right now the only option is to visually go back and review the responses within the meeting.

Also, propose a notification be included in this functionality. If you want us to work in Teams then I shouldn't have to rely on going to Outlook for notifications about a proposed new time.
Full capabilities of Outlook in Teams please!

Now, there is no option to propose new timing for the meeting. It is essential functionality for meetings management. Looking forward to enhance this functionality
Fix for loosing time proposals from attendees of MS Teams channel meetings is urgently required before we are forced to stop using MS Teams Meetings.

...and have the new proposal sent directly to the meeting organizer, not to the channel distribution group.

We have the similar issue - but where does the user acknowledge the change in meeting time that was proposed?
i.e. if you decline and propose new time - how does the team acknowledge this?

Or also even if they do make the proposal in Outlook that we get a notification in Teams so that we know that there was an update to the meeting.
I'm interested in the answer to this as well. Seems like the feature to propse a new time shouldn't only exist in outlook.

It would also be good if I could accept a new meeting time proposal from either Outlook or Teams when someone proposes a new time. At the moment we can only reschedule the meeting manually.
