Voicemail settings revert to do nothing after setting call forward
We've found in teams after setting an account to forward calls that when you set the client back to "Calls ring me" the "If unanswered" setting reverts to "Do Nothing" instead of "Voicemail" like it should.
Since we have a lot of users that travel to client sites etc this is going to be a major headache. It would be nice if there was a way to globally set the "If Unanswered" field to "Voicemail" as the default setting.

The optimal solution would be for the system to remeber the settings used before I forwarded my call and the admin to chose a default setting for every new user. The current setup gives us a major workload contacting the employees to change the settings and the contact center cause of all the calls coming back

I was shocked to discover that voicemail was not a default option. What company on earth wants phone calls to go unanswered??? Please give us a way to default to go to voicemail!

Same issue. I should be able to set and save "calls ring me" with my "also ring" and "if Unanswered" so when I go between the two options of "calls ring me" and "Forward my calls" I don't have to re-setup the "calls ring me" each time.

we have the same issue... this must be a bug, because no one would ever use "do nothing" and that shouldn't be default behavior. Send to voicemail would be default... or even go back to what it was previously, not change the behavior to something i've never used, and likely wouldn't ever use.
