TEAMS is THE WORST!
You forced the replacement of Skype for Business without having the same (even minimal) functionality available in Teams.
1.) There is no pop-out chat window for participating in multiple conversations at once.
2.) No easy way to see missed chats (flashing icon isn’t in real time or noticeable); No Outlook notifications of missed chat summary.
3.) No Chat summary auto-cataloged in Outlook Conversations
4.) Lack of searching of previous Conversations
5.) Lack of deletion of some Conversation parts
6.) Automatic minimalization of Team Meeting screen share when trying to access files or other content in Teams.
7.) Lack of tight integration with Outlook Calendar and Teams Status. (Busy/Away/etc) The availability of a person in Teams does not always reflect accurately.
8.) No way to keep a resizable screen up for quick and easy visual as to who on the Team is Available for a chat. The Chat box is large and can’t be effectively resized.
Overall our team members are very frustrated with Teams! It feels like we are being forced to endure a Beta testing situation with Teams roll-out.
The lack of these basic but heavily relied upon functionalities in Teams has slowed our internal productivity and collaboration!
Fix it or allow users to continue using Skype for Business until the app is ready for prime-time, daily business use.

Kids use teams to go on online school so they prob have to use teams so there stuck with teams until middle school or high school
Ok, not my favorite app - too complex but I will use it because of others who do - thats what I thouhgt... what a horrible experience! Several times I wasn't able to participate the meeting I was invited to, trying from multiple platforms, MacOS, Windows (Microsoft surface laptop!!) only to somehow manage to log from my phone and lose the option to present. Then on another occasion (which is now) I cannot login whatever I do ! It just states some error and asks me to logout (I am not even logged in!) and try again... I don't know how this company can behave worse than a startup still in the garage!
I agree 100%
go to **** teams u r the worst :|, zoom and skype is better.
agree its absoloute ****

MS teams UI *blows* -- WORST UX EVER! It (the UI) makes no sense!! This app is a perfect example of "one thing does too much!" Seriously. The worst collaboration tool I've ever used.
Chat works fine. Meetings work fine. Individual tooling functionality works fine but getting to each tool and understanding the flow of the conversations is absolutely horrendous!
go to **** teams u r the worst :|
I think the most annoying thing is to make the image bigger you select focus? I don't thing that is the proper definition. Are they saying it is out of focus to begin with. I wish there was a zoom function not just focus and full screen.

Skype functionality is more graceful. You can maintain a meeting, view the presentation or share a presentation, and have a separate window to manage the chat dialogue. No need to jump from the presentation to the chat, and return.
I have to use this for a job interview next week and want to set up on a free basis so I can practice beforehand - but there is no option for me to do this and I certainly don't want to pay for it, for during the brief chance I got to test it it looked like rubbish TBH - not a patch on zoom, especially when it comes to the setting up the camera. Disgraceful that there is no free option for unemployed people, presumably the genuises who set this up didn't foresee the job interviw dilemma!
MS TEAMS MADE MY LIFE RUINED BY NOT SHOWNG SOME MESSAGES TO MY OTHER FRIENDS, I CANT BELIVE YOU DID THIS MS TEAMS.
Just tried to install and set up the "MS Teams" for my daughter's educational purposes ... related to some government program. The application is an absolute ****. Nothing is working, it is repeating the message "We're sorry—we've run into an issue." and asking me to login repeatedly. And asking me to open (register) on different Microsoft sites (Teams, Office365 etc.). I lost about 2 hours trying many things, but nothing works.
MS Teams is not even a half product. Obviously it has not been tested at all, at least not properly. It works Like a car with broken battery ... barely starts and then dies suddenly, in a minute or two.
Believe me Microsoft, in general, has no future this way. Linux should definitely take over ... as soon as possible. On Linux almost everything is free and everything works much smoother than any Microsoft application, at least lately.
It seems like Microsoft is having a lot of millennial like programmers. This kids have no feel of any kind of responsibility at all.
Overall I am lucky to have Linux installed on every machine but this one. I hate Microsoft since Windows 8.1 appeared. I ditched Windows on time ... so useless and annoying OS ... absolutely unproductive. The same goes for MS Visual studio, and many other MS tools, which are getting slower and slower by new every update they make.

I have used Teams every day for the better part of 3 years. Initially, it wasn't great, but I believed it had potential. MS really hit their mark from about year 2 to year 3. Quality updates with new, useful features, improved functionality, etc. My team did not make the switch for quite some time, but I finally converted them and a number of our clients to Teams.
What a mistake that has turned out to be.
The last year has been awful. Every single update, there's some drastic change. Something gets unnecessarily moved, some useful feature gets removed only to be replaced by some completely useless feature that I am not convinced anyone on Earth even asked for. The same problems have persisted for years now without a fix. It seemed at one time that the vision for Teams was an all-inclusive one-stop-shop app which folded together Outlook and Teams or that there would at least be some basic functionality there. It seemed obvious. Still does. But, after nearly 4 years, users still have to switch back and forth between the apps and suffer through the question mark that is notifications- Will I get it this time? Will it be correct? Will I receive my reminder 45 minutes after my meeting has already started? I mean, come on. Get it together. It's borderline pathetic at this point.
Additionally, what are the problems you apparently cannot solve regarding the mobile app and the desktop app? It is honestly the absolute worst experience with technology that I've ever had. Transferring a call is the worst game I've ever played in my life. And having to work with multiple windows, both of which are an illogical mess from a usability standpoint... It is an absolute nightmare and a failure of epic proportions on your part. Who is making these design changes? Steve Ballmer and Helen Keller?
Worst software I’ve ever used.
Teams is that bad, that they are not even accurate to send a reminder of a meeting. Close to the end of a meeting I was attending, they sent me a reminder indicating the "beginning" of the meeting and confirm if I would attend.
Don't they have a proper testing.. only kept adding features. So many bugs.. I never want to work with any of the microsoft product. all literly sucks!!!!
Come on, people travel to the moon. This app sucks big time.
