Had been using Jabber before - and Microsoft Teams just feels annoying.
This is one of the reasons.

In addition to moving by dragging and dropping, copying a contact to different groups with a shift & click would be nice as well.

This is basic functionality that should have been implemented BEFORE this awful program was forced on everyone.

I feel I have stepped back about 10 years at the moment
There seems to be no obvious way to copy contacts from one group to another
