Intergrate a dashboard into Teams to display live queue stats, pstn stats, and reports
Everyone should be smashing "vote" on this.
It would be nice if there was an app button on the left called Dashboard that works similar to Azure's dashboard where you can customize the widgets. It would be nice if this dashboard could render live call queue stats, average wait times, agents signed in, which agents are talking, standard call center reporting stuff, teams sign-ins, PSTN reports, and various teams chat reporting.
This should have role-based permission access.
The live queue statistics alone would be a significant added value.
Reporting could leverage Power BI in some fashion.
Creating custom reports.

Is this live dashboard ever going to get created??
Yes! But we'll need real time stats, including visibility into how many calls are in queue waiting for an agent and who they are!!

Live Teams Call dashboard
Desc: HI, were looking to see if there is a live dashboard we can setup/utilize in Teams that shows current live calls, e.g will show that Aaron is on a call to a number. and duration, and it will then show if a call is coming in
