Jave files as the default on folder selection NOT conversation tab
You want feedback yet the link you send for us to click into, brings us to a page with a wall of blurb on it where it is difficult to pick out the feedback button? Then the box you fill out about ideas is just a title box with no indication of its character limit until you begin typing your idea to discover it's just the title of the idea? Who actually designs this stuff, anyone with UX skills?? Why why on earth when I click on a folder does it default to the conversation tab? I am looking for a folder not and ancillary conversation about the folder I am looking for! If I want a conversation I'll check it after I have confirmed I have the correct folder? This is so unwieldy and layered. Im sorry, I don't like it at all but I am forced to use it. I can tell you, no one uses it unless they have to in a massive construction company in UK. Perhaps offer folder structures with all your experience to help fledgling companies or even experienced ones to organise properly from day one. You are the experts in this aren't you? So role model some good practice for others to follow. Shape the user base with your knowledge rather than let them get lost on their own.
