Better control of @mentions on a per-channel basis
The current controls of "Choose who can use @team and @channel mentions" appear to turn off such mentions for the entire team, even owners. I would like to be able to select certain people to have access to this power, but not everyone.
It would be nice to control this based on 1) Team Owner status, 2) Channel Moderator status, and/or 3) group membership.
