Play a music on hold after a call agent answered in a call queue
When a call agent accepts the call and holds it, no music is played and it is really quiet during the hold. I would like the call queue feature to play a music on hold.
We stopped offering MS Teams as a phone sytem solution, its too buggy and a lot of basic features (central adress book) for example are still missing, als after a lot of votes and complains.
this one is also a basic feature and still no approve it will come.
So lets focus on 3XC then!

We need this urgent, many people hang up when they hear nothing....
It is ridiculous that this still hasn't been implemented, it is a standard feature for IP phone systems. Right now whenever I go to transfer a call I have to tell the person that the line will go silent for a couple of minutes to stop them from hanging up!!

This still doesn't work. I've assigned on-hold music to a call queue as per our customers request only to find that this on-hold music only applies whilst you are dialing the queue. If an attendant answers the call and puts you on hold, you are met with the default on-hold music.

This still doesn't work, there is hold music when a call is waiting to be answered in the queue but when a call is answered and then put on hold it just plays the generic hold music.

Such kind of fundamental feature is must to replace existing phone system.
I just received a complaint about this yesterday. Why would there be no hold music for call-queue calls placed on hold?
