Displaying Teams Members - custom sort and blocking view
It would be very helpful if I could control the order in which team members are displayed. At first, I thought the list was alphabetical by first name, but then I read that it was actually listed by the order in which members are joined to the team.
It would be better if the admin/teacher could decide what criteria determine the sort.
Also, there should be an option to hide other members from team members - this would be critical in many school/student settings, but would also be useful in business settings as well.

Fully support alphabetical in the first instance and other, where relevant, means of ordering the list of Members of a team. Would think this was a relatively simple thing to do.

I can't believe this would be hard to implement. It was a feature in the old SharePoint communities. C'mon Microsoft!
PLEASE! or at least change the default to alphabetical. At least that's something we all understand.
A rep suggested that this may be simply inconvenient, but to me it is a deal killer. I have 160+ students and it is just too cumbersome to try to do anything when the members are in this haphazard format. - Needs fixing by applying an ability to sort members.
