Meeting notes - ability to create templates and apply. Ability to copy and paste content into and from meeting notes. Ability to email notes

This is exactly what is required across ABF.
We have a strict MAMA process - Meetings: Agenda, Minutes, Actions. Having the opportunity to set up a template of Notes would remove the admin overhead for EVERY meeting.
For Teams meetings that are not connected to a Team, we know that meeting notes are stored in the OneDrive of the user raising opening the feature, so in this case the template should come from the meeting originator. A suitable Meetings Options page setting interface should allow the originator to set this up by opening the Template and setting the content ahead of the meeting (make it policy controllable if you want)
For Channel based Teams Meetings where the notes are stored in the Teams Channel, the template could come from a meetings setting that the Team owner can access.
In either case the template file should be stored in the same location as the stored Meeting Notes, so that changes to the Template could be made easily and pushed out across the enterprise by script or policy.

Agree, very needed feature to help reduce the amount of repeat admin each meeting. I.e Every meeting having to add the same headings. IF it could be templated it would significantly help.
Yes, having a chance to add a template would be great & most importantly such should be visible for the whole team.
Currently leading workshops on time effective meetings in the org. and suggesting one such summary template: “next step?, owner?, by when?”.
The point here is not to help the experienced facilitators, but the less experienced ones who don't necessary think about keeping efficiency of the meeting or would go with least effort to conduct the meeting. It would be cool to have such option enabled across the same organisation (allowing the org. to keep consistency/the same level of how meetings are conducted).
