Remind users to clock in and clock out depending on their shift.
We use clock in and out times to calculate attendance bonus. But some users forget to clock out overnight, or forget to clock in at the start of their day.
A notification like "Your shift starts in 5 minutes - Do you want to clock in?" and "Your shift ended 5 minutes ago - Do you want to clock out?" would be so helpful to remind users to do it.

Thank you for this feedback! My name is Amir and I am a product manager on the Shifts team. This is a great suggestion and we add it to our time clock backlog.

It would be great to have a toggle next to the shift time -- Prompt to clock in / out
Also a toggle next to the break time (you may want to be prompted for start and end but not for breaks)
Also if a shift could have a location attribute and radius from location, then a toggle to prompt to check in / out based on location
As Divine mentioned the option to clock out users as an admin would be great (and to see the current status e.g. clocked in / on break etc)

A way to see who is actively on the clock would be nice as well for Admins. Maybe highlight the assigned shift a different color and display the name of the user that is active on the clock for that shift?

Apparenlty this already exists? If you put a shift in and a person is using the time clock they will get a reminder at the end of their shift to clock out.

Amir/Karuana :) Great news :)
Has any progress been made on this front since October of last year? -

Amir/Karuana, Since this feature is not currently available, is there a workaround such that owners can clock out on behalf of users if they forget to do... or any kind of workaround?
