Queue Content next to Presenters
Currently, Presenters content goes strait to "live" even if they are not the active presenter.
Q1: In the Producer view, video streams from multiple presenters are visible at the bottom.
Please add the feature to also queue content from multiple presenters there.
The only way content SHOULD go live is if the Producer click the "Send Content Live" button.

Hola. Creo que el problema aquí es que el productor está agregando a los presentadores como co-productores. El productor debe de realizar el trabajo de enviar en vivo a los presentadores de forma ordenada.

Ugh, I can't believe this slipped by the Teams team at MS. There is no point to the producer role if presenters can "take over" the live stream. Please have this fixed ASAP.

I agree. The producer needs to be in control. Presenters should be able to see all of the upcoming content and push to live when appropriate. A presenters content should not go directly to live. This is how event systems like Liveview works.

This needs to be fixed. I can confirm that presenters still can override what is going live. We should be able to que up content from presenters without it going live! And please add the fuction to que up more than 1 item at a time. Why is this so hard to do?

Pretty sure this has been changed since we tested this in February 2020. Why would you otherwise have a Producer role with Full Control and a Presenter role. If a Presenter can throw his content on the stage across the Producer, you don't need a Producer anymore. Please revert this functionality to what it is support to be so. Allow a Producer to have full Control over what and when content is send to Live Stage.

I can confirm Teams Live events are NOT working as expected. We had four presenters on a call. As soon as ANY presenter shared their desktop, that automatically became the live feed, canceling any other presenter's content share. The Producer was not able to see multiple content sources to select from (as we expected). This was a fully Teams produced event.

I did a live event in April and back then, this was possible! Just tried now and presenters' content goes straight to live.

It is a mass if, for some reasons, the presenters content goes live unexpected while some one else is the anctive presenter. Producer should be commander in chief of all broadcasted content. Please!

Content should never go live unless the producer clicks the 'send live' button for that specific PowerPoint or screen. I thought that it worked like the cross-posted comment below, where things could be queued up in advance and then sent live at the right time. How it actually works is bizarre. Presenters should absolutely not be able to take over what is currently live.

To be clear, content does not go live automatically when sharing. It MAY if you aremalready sending content and a second presenter starts sharing, but if you are sending full screen video it will never auto send live the content.

Really need this feature. Producer should have ultimate control of broadcast content.

I can't believe this only has ~220 votes right now. I'm going to cross-post a comment from another UserVoice request that shows exactly our team's thoughts on the matter:
------
How I thought it would work
Presenters share windows or Powerpoints before they are needed which then show up as content options at the bottom of the Producer's screen
The producer selects the content, places it in the queue, uses chat to tell the presenter they will be about to go and takes the content live.
What actually happens
A presenter shares a window
It immediately goes live
Producer sits open mouthed.
Seriously, what is the point of the Producer role if Presenters can just decide to take their content live randomly, with no intervention from the Producer. None that I can see.
As it stands, Live Events is not fit for purpose. Which is very embarrassing since I was championing as the solution we should be using.

I agree. This is a key function

The producer should have the ultimate control. Presenters should not be able to override and gain control of the live event. Please add this feature ASAP.

As the producer I want to plan the event and queue all presentations in forehand. As Jaco describes - how it is now gives the producer less control. Please add functions for easy execution of multiple live presenters and multiple queue poss. for the producer. Thanks ❤💪👍

I posted a similar idea - for a single Producer, still have the desired content show up across the bottom of the screen so you can select it and place it in top left window to send live.

This is a key function. The option to line up various presenters' content in advance is necessarily to seamlessly produce an event.

Yes, multiple live presenters and queuing them is essential.

We really need this feature, since in all love meetigns we have multiple presenters and there must be a feature that allows to have several active presenters so that organizer can switch between presenters.
