Queue Content next to Presenters
Currently, Presenters content goes strait to "live" even if they are not the active presenter.
Q1: In the Producer view, video streams from multiple presenters are visible at the bottom.
Please add the feature to also queue content from multiple presenters there.
The only way content SHOULD go live is if the Producer click the "Send Content Live" button.

A must have, as well as a built in slideshow mode, where multiple presenters can advance the slide than no screen share even required!

Producers need this Feature
They have to direct and run the show with preview on all content w/o surprises from speakers going accidentally live ie are testing their slides while waiting -

This is still a problem! We definitely need this.

Microsoft - really? How could you make this mistake? Before October of 2020, Teams Live allowed multiple presenters to share their content and a producer could select which content and camera feeds to send live. After October 2020, Teams live appears to run just like a regular Teams meeting. This is not the product we started out with and now my organization is going to stop using Teams and move to a different platform. Bad move Microsoft. Pay attention to your customer base and fix this ASAP and show that you listen to your customers.

This feature is a must else there is not value in having separate Producer / Presenter roles.

Agreed. This is really a must have to allow for a more professional seamless flow. In addition the ability to have multiple presenters video on screen for panel sessions is also a must have.
Producers should have complete control at all times.

AGREED!! It's disruptive if I am assigned to be a Producer and then one of the Presenters shares their desktop directly to the Live event feed. I lose control of the production and the entire thing can come apart.
Only Producers should be able to share content - either from their computer, or content shared through the Content window at the bottom of the Producer screen.

Can´t believe this is not a part of the app to begin with! Microsoft needs really to get this right ASAP. Then it will be a great app for large video meetings.

what is the real role of a producer without this feature?. Producer must decide what to show.

This would be very useful

the current method of having to send the video live and then go back to grab content is really cumbersome. please allow all the potential content to be available at once. if a presenter isn't paying attention, they could easily share over the current presenters information.

I can't believe this is not already in place. Why have a producer if anyone can simply display content? This would help out a great deal.

This would be very useful. It would stop me having to manage all of the slides as the producer

This is really needed. I question the point of having a producer if they can't actually control production. That's the whole point and shouldn't take workarounds

This would be a great addition as we need multiple content.

The Ability to Queue multiple presentations/documents ready to "go live" is an essential part of a Live presentation. This needs to be part of the Producers role in getting the presentations lined up ready to "send live"

I have been asked to research using Live Events as an alternative to Zoom. Unfortunately, this issue as well as the in ability to allow pre-register attendees or allow them to make voice comments probably means we will stick with Zoom for now. If these three features are fixed or added, then Live Meetings would be a viable alternatively.
Hopefully better control of what is in the queue and the role of the Producer will be sorted out.
Thank you. -
