Add a feature to attach documents to meeting invitations....!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I can't belive this is something not featured by Teams yet..!!
Hear Hear - this is a basic
Can't attached a file to a meeting? 2004 called, they want their software back.
Same here, if it was not for my employer trying to save money we would not be using this garbage. Simple things missing all over the place like being able to add a PDF to a calendar invite for a meeting is just amateur! Get it together Microsoft

not being able to add attachments is simply idiotic .... if it wasn't for work I would not be touching this product. too complicated and lacks basic features.

I find it odd, that I can attach the file that I would like to share with those I am inviting to my meeting in this comment section but not where I need to.
Translation please add the "Attach a File" you deem necessary in the comment field I am typing in currently, in the Teams application. You consider it necessary to collect files for sharing on this application, so do we for meetings.
This is a glaring product deficiency.
I'll be using Zoom .... how stupid. You'd think there would be some kind of QA function at Microsoft where the user community was actually consulted.
But, the geniuses at Microsoft obviously know better then the people they are selling to.

I agree, this should be a feature as you open the meeting, not an after-thought.
Hey guys, once you send the invitation, and go into the scheduled meeting, you will have a bunch of options, including file attachment.

This feature would be helpful to our org

It is not intuitive and I agree that MS should put a little paperclip or add button on the meeting screen. It can be done though.....
Setup the meeting first. Then go to the instance of the meeting and look at the menu across the top. You should see the following. "Chat" "Files" "Details"....
Click on Files and then share. This will put a copy of the file you upload from your computer on the meeting.

Totally barking in this day and age that MS haven't enabled an attach file option: thought this was supposed to be a business application!!!
Which part of business best practice does MS not undestand

Big Surprise to find out this feature is not there! This would for sure turn our users away. Please do something about it.
This is a big fail. I need to add attachments to nearly 85% of my meeting requests. The workaround is just another step in what should be a seamless process
please add that feature asap
This is a big miss.

Totally agree that it would be easier to upload documents when creating the meeting, but there is a way in the interim.
After saving the meeting you get a "Files" space on the meeting. Upload your documents there.
This is a must
Totally agree. This will be much more efficient. The layout seems similar with the calendar in Outlook. Thus I don't have to open Outlook to find the attachment, or find it in local desktop or anywhere else. Please add this.
Count me in too!
It's interesting to note that I could attach a file to this comment though!
