Make it possible to set (a default) reminder time for meetings. 15 minutes is not always the optimal for each user and/or meeting
In Outlook I have set the default reminder to a longer time, and will snooze it until 15 minutes before. I like to have the early reminder time to prepare anything I might need, and to decide what work is practical to get done in the meantime.
Of course, being able to set multiple reminders would also solve this, but feature parity with Outlook would be a good baseline.

Yes, I would like the same functionality as Outlook.
Default time that I can set.
AND, be can to edit for individual meetings.
I agree, I find 15 minutes just the right amount of time to get stuck into something else and forget about the meeting!
