Move fullscreen button out of overflow menu
The fullscreen button in meetings was moved the overflow menu for some reason, which makes it difficult to toggle between during a meeting. Moving it back out of the overflow menu would be nice, or a keyboard shortcut to quickly toggle.

And while you're at it, bind F11 to it as well:

Yes, please. My mangers are choosing Zoom and GoTo meetings over MS Teams for meeting because of bad UX for fullscreen. I ended up installing multiple apps.

This double-click for full-screen feature was in Skype, but appears to be missing from Teams.
It would also be useful if when viewing a meeting, the floating toolbar would hide if the mouse is no longer hovering over it (so that we can see all of the presentation window).

Desired Behavior:
Double clicking on the screen share should make it full screen, and double clicking it again should resize it back down to normal.
