Allow customization of Teams voicemail notification
Previously, voicemail notification customization was done via Exchange UM. Since this is being retired in favor of a cloud voice server. I would like to suggest implementing this feature ASAP so we can have customized signature/logos in voicemail notification emails.

Our phone system lets us customize emailed voicemail messages. I would like to be able to do the same with Microsoft Teams voicemail messages. We like to customize this message to include key phrases that an employee can look for to confirm that the email is legitimate and not part of one of the very popular "voicemail" scam. If the phrase is present, they know they can trust the email. I would like to be able to add that key phrase to Teams Voicemail.
I support this request. The fact there is no way to modify and customize email notifications is ridiculous. There are too many phishing VM 2 Email emails nowadays to allow legit messages to look so generic.

Far too often phishing emails often use 'voicemail' as a tactic to attempt to get users to click on attachments or even links in emails, which ultimately can take them to a scammer's username/password harvesting website. As administrators we need to be able to manage these email notifications better i.e. either switch them off entirely for users, or as mentioned above, have better branding to give users more confidence the email is either genuine or a phishing attempt.
Users can already see the voicemail notification appear in their Teams client, so in most cases the email notification is not needed and ultimately it causes confusion amongst users as to what is either genuine or a scam notification. We'd ideally like to be able to block voicemail-to-email for all users so they know for sure if they receive any email with reference to a voicemail, that it's a scam.
The generic looking emails look so much like spam or phishing attempts there is NO WAY that we can allow users to open the attachments. We need to be able to put our logo and/or some other company specific identification to a user knows the email is legitimate. Until then, we have voicemail set to DO NOTHING and it is unusable.

I support this request. It is important to differentiate real voicemail email messages from phishing emails which look exactly the same.
