Meetings dedicated agenda tab managing meetings and Papers
Meetings are something that many organisations do badly and often because agendas are not well managed.
I believe Teams could be really strong in this area however currently users are on their own with Agendas. Some use onenote others the built in wiki and around here some even use Planner!!
If Teams had a dedicated Meeting controlling tab that creates and manages an agenda allowing the agenda to link to papers then this could be improved. The agenda items could lead to files, tabs or onenote pages as necessary. Agendas could repeat for regular meetings allowing modification for specific meetings. It could use the Meetings details pulled from the appointment to provide attendes list that could be ticked to show presence for the meeting of that date.
If that Agenda sent a notification for items a few days before and a reminder to read papers that would be good too.
Essentially this tab would be the business end of the calendar meetings linking to it and then managing the meeting to ensure productive use of the time spent and decisions made.

Great recommendation above. I would like to add, if the Agenda pulls the basic information from the meeting setup and also gave the ability to put in the agenda items for the meeting with corresponding time frame for discussion. Having an area for the goal/purpose of the meeting would also be beneficial.
We too would like somthing for the more formal meetings where aganedas can be standardised, worked on by part of the team (like a private channel) and published to the rest of the group. It's alos missing the capability to discuss, annotate privately and share comments within the meeting and a automated minutint collation/distribution process. Then ideally a meeting document archiving process. I realise not all of these would be possible but others have done this on a sharepoint base (boardpacks)
