I want to perform admin activities over teams screen share!!
Feature controlling to create teams in Microsoft Teams
It would be very convenient if Microsoft Teams can give a feature to perform admin activities over team (installing, opening application with admin privileges likewise)
I am an Admin i will access users screens (computers) sometimes, at times i may need to install some applications then if that application needs admin access then I cannot neither see nor give my admin credentials, where as this can be done in most of screen sharing applications.
We use teams as a development team. Not having access to admin functions causes massive issues as we need to be able to configure machines, IIS and other admin related things.
As our development team exclusively uses Teams for communication this a core functionality that should be supported, even if it requires an explicit request.
Almost 2 years and no response yet.
This is the only thing because we are not moving from TeamViewer to Teams..
Zoom has a full admin remote session support option, it would be great if Teams did as well. We are evaluating whether or not to use Teams or Zoom. As Teams and Zoom are so similar for what we use them for, this may be the missing option that keeps us from selecting Teams.

It is a great gift if Microsoft teams enable it due to COVID-19.

Enabling such a feature (perhaps off by default but controlled via M365 Admin) and limited to certain roles or security groups in AD/Azure AD would allow us to get rid of 3rd party utilities to accomplish the same.
We are a large company with thousands of users, we will be needing the feature to enable us do remote installation and troubleshooting to fix users issues.

This limitation makes Pair Programming incredibly difficult and time consuming when working remotely.
Using Visual Studio (required to always run as Admin in our environment) and having to talk a colleague through using one of the many, complicated tool windows, or trying to dictate syntactically correct code is an upsettingly slow experience.
Simply taking control for 30 seconds would be massively more productive, except that we simply are not allowed to operate within the confines of an Admin-enabled window over teams.

This is a much needed feature due to COVID-19 and users working remote.
We are a small company that now has a number of employees working from home. I don't want to give them the administrator password for obvious reasons so being able to do this remotely would be a huge asset.
in our organisation we are doing admin activity through teams but we have been stack when UAC appear so admin activities over the Team would be helpful for us.

We are a small IT group supporting a growing number of Teams users.
They don’t understand why we can’t see the sign in boxes etc when we are sharing the screen.
Is there any way we can at least see them on the screen.
Even better would be if we can perform the admin functions and support our remote users. Especially with the current situation.
