Teams desktop app calls are ending instantly when receiving calls on zoom application.
We use Zoom for our phone system. When receiving calls on zoom it kills the call on the team desktop app.
Team using Edge browser isn't affected and Skype for consumer isnt affected.

I did test this out from the Teams web app. Zooms client didn't hang up MS Teams.
Checked settings for audio device in Zoom settings, it had Plantronics selected
checked settings on the Teams client, changed the audio settings to computer audio
tried to replicate, TEAMS WAS FINE!!!
same AUDIO DEVICE SEEMS TO DISCONNECT TEAMS MEETINGS!!
make sure to use a MS Teams compatible hardware and if working with the same device, just make sure the audio devices are different on both the apps at least -

Same issue, although we're using a different phone software. Receiving a call from the other phone software intermittently kills teams calls. Windows 10.

same issue for me. team call terminates even if I close zoom app in mac.

when I'm on a call/video in Teams and receive a call in Zooms and I decline the zoom call it terminates the calls from Teams.

When in any MS Teams meeting, if I receive a call from Zoom it straight away kicks me out of the Teams meeting and Auto-answers the Zoom call - even though I don't have auto-answer set up in Zoom.

Same issue here. On zoom support for an hour with some idiot with no luck
