See more / Always expand conversations
For the love of god, please stop hiding the conversations!
Reading conversations is tedious because it requires multiple times pressing the "See More" button and expanding the "x Replies from.." buttons to actually read what is said.
Scrolling to scan and navigate conversations works great. Lets just scroll and stop hiding things.
At minimum give the user an option to turn off all the collapsing functions (See more, x Replies from) so that everything is shown all the time.
For me this is the absolute #1 reason why I would dump Teams for Slack.
Hiding posts is causing our team to miss important information! Please turn it off!!
I regularly have team members missing important information because they don't know or remember to expand hidden conversations. Please stop hiding conversations. It helps nothing. Who are you to determine what information is important for the user to see?
This is why we still have to use email.
Dunno who thought of hiding the message is a good idea. They clearly don't know how hard it is for regular user to actually notice there is a "see more". This kind of stupid stuff is the one that prevented our company fully utilizing Teams. All these stupid small annoying problem that discourage user to choose Teams as their communication and collaboration Tool.
Please please please do not hide half of conversation! I want always has everything expanded.
I missed very important parts today 3 times due to hidden messages in threads.

We would love to have this, we lose a lot of information by the actual behavior of hiding information on a thread and message level. Feels like an anti-pattern for communication. And becomes quickly annoying. I hope you can find a way. You could also check out other tools that handle this part better by just showing all the information at first glance.

👆UP! 👆UP! 👆UP! Please!
Add an option "per channel" to disable "See more"
Who are the people using Teams internally at Microsoft or anywhere in the known universe who appreciate the feature where teams hides the full text of a message? Teams isn't an email inbox where it makes sense to show a preview of a message. What other chat application hides full messages by default? Who on the product design team at Microsoft decided this was a great default behavior? Users hate it, please just let us turn it off.

Seriously under-supported feature request. Especially for education, the missing option means instructions/comments are regularly missed.
Maybe this is linked to another feature request somewhere ... I'll link back if I find it before you do!

I would appreciate if Teams can look into this matter. I truly agree and a small reasearch done in our 70 employee office shows that they are all better off without the 'see more' function.
