Reliability issues: crashing, hanging, freezing
Literally Teams will crash 5 or 6 times a day. Hugely annoying and unproductive.
Feature teams have been finding unique areas of improvement around crashes/hangs/lock ups of the client, and have been making small improvements through both proactive and reactive findings to help around reliability regressions. If you happen to see any unique issues, please let us know and we will continue to share updates as they become available.
Same here, High Sierra 10.13.3. Teams disappears after 15-30 minutes.
Can you fix this Microsoft?
I see this as well. Barely stays open for an hour
I also have this bug. It keeps reappearing. i have tried reinstalling Teams.

dear admin, another performance / bug listing. Dear Phillip, any detail what or when triggered it. Seems stable mostly for me with latest update

Teams crashes on me a few times a week. Why is it so unstable? This is really unacceptable for a global product sold by such an established firm.
Still crashes about every hour and closes itself while trying to load updates on Mac.
I have this problem as well. OS x 10.13.3.
Every 20-30 minutes quits and re-opens. If i had it in full/split screen (which i usually do) it causes a jarring re-shuffling of my display.
I am also facing this issue in my environment which is mostly mac. Users are on High Sierra 10.3.3

When doing an audio call (regardless of the number of participants) teams will fully lock up. The audio call still functions, I can hear and talk to other people, but the UI does not work. CPU usage for teams sits at 75% and my CPU as a whole at 100%. This doesn't happen every time, but very commonly. This also happens to co-workers on different hardware than mine. On occasion the UI quasi works but takes 30-60 seconds to recognize a mouse click.

Teams on Mac consistently and repeatedly crashes after it self-updates ("You've got the latest updates. Enjoy!"). Fix/workaround is to download and install the latest client from scratch manually, but this has to be done every time it updates (not to mention that every time it updates, it may be an indeterminate amount of time before I notice that it has crashed the _first_ time for that update).

The Windows desktop app is freezing every time I activate the window after it's been inactive for a while. Even just dragging or resizing the window won't work. Freezes for about 15 seconds and then becomes responsive again. Happens on 3 different computers, same account. This make the app almost unusable. Reinstall does not fix. This has been happening for 4-ish weeks. Current version is 1.1.00.5963 (64-bit)

I can repro this as well.
I have 2 accounts both OFfice 365 (azure ad) .
So since there is no mutli tenancy yet , I have invited my other account as guest to my first tenant.
It appears on phone and Teams Client too but when I try to switch my Android App would crash on me . Once its crashed you can only work with it if you delete all local storage(preferences) from the phone.
Teams for Windows says I dont have access but on the right top it shows the Guest Tenant ...
This is clearly not good .
Are you on Windows 7? We are finding that our users with old technology struggle - those on 8.1 and 10 are fine. Could this be the issue you are having?
It crashed more than 10 times today always with same message like "There was a glitch, we are recovering" and every time I had to re login. I cannot stand this anymore. Please fix this.
This piece of software makes my life harder! Every time I click on notification it crashes. Android. Nokia 6.
Make it work will you...
The desktop application hangs up a lot and seems to take very large amount of time for simple things like change the chat context
For example, I can reliably crash Teams by answering an incoming call with the video button.
Started doing this the last couple of weeks.Pretty erratic: sometimes it is when you share your camera or when you share both camera and screen. Hard to pinpoint what causes it exactly but straight up calls (without cams) seem to work fine.
