Add Call Link in email signature.
In your email signature your where it has your name, title, org and numbers add the teams call feature. They can just call you through the email, even if it opens teams to do so.

Would be good if we could add a link to our signature which allows externals to call us directly via the MS Teams App to our email address as per what we can do with internal staff or similar to a mobile phone link in the signature.

We should have the ability to create a link that would allow those outside our organization to video call or chat with us. Currently we need to create a video call and invite that person to the call. This should work the other way around as well, whereby somone outside our organizations video calls us and we are notified of the waiting call on our computer and phone (mobile app). The other person should be able to do this through the MS Teams web interface, without installing MS Teams.

While we're working from home this feature is especially useful. Or a one-click shortcut to invite me to a scheduled Teams call for someone outside my organisation.
