Ability to recording the Teams meeting from the "Team Room System"
I would like to suggest MS to add the feature to both Skype Room systems and Teams room system the ability to record the meeting directly. Instead of requesting an attendee join the meeting and do recording.

This is a huge problem that we cannot record from the teams room.

This was a stopping point from using Teams room system in classrooms.

Yes please. I'd be happy to wait a bit longer for some of fancier projects, like say auto-transcription of meetings into Klingon in real-time, if this means we can get the essential, core, basic conferencing features working sooner first.
Is this feature going to be added, as a presenter I want control to capture the meeting from the conference room to the teams account or really any account would be nice.

This is so confusing for users who just want to come into a room and record what was said. They're not collaborating with external people.

Recording & Screen Sharing are logical functions that need to be built into the software,
otherwise, you need a separate computer in the room also in the meeting, and this results in audio feedback.
If they could add the ability to start and stop screen recordings from the Crestron Flex Touch panes as well as the ability to allow content sharing requests, it would be a great help as it is such an inconvenience taking along a Laptop every time to do a teams call from a dedicated rooms system
This would really help, as it defies the purpose of a dedicated room system when you still need a windows client to record meetings. We also need for you to allow screen sharing request from the Crestron Flex room system touch panel.
If possible add all features available on a windows client to the room system capabilities.
Yes! The ability to start recording a meeting from the MTR console without having a user join would be super helpful.
