Add the ability to have multiple windows open for chats, teams and channels?
It's very hard to keep track of multiple chats and teams all in one window - and time-consuming to keep navigating between them. It would be really useful to have multiple windows available that we can keep open for chats, teams and channels.
And add the option to hide the pop-up window so that one doesn't see the same chat in a pop-up and the app window.

can't believe a windows project is forcing us to do everything in one window

There are SEVERAL entries with the same request - please merge them and summing the votes it will jump on top!
Also allow for the ability to resize the objects to better fit our differing display needs. Not everyone has the luxury of 32" plus screens their entire work day. The current default takes up too much real estate on screen when undocked and using the native 17" display on a laptop, even condensed as small as it will go.

This is extremely important and is hampering productivity. Even if it is kept in one window, atleast keep the session of the window intact. Every time we shift from chat to teams to calendar every change refreshes the page! This is extremely annoying.

Take a leaf out of the books of some of your existing products and allow us to open multiple windows like you can with Outlook and SFB. this is super important for reducing the cognitive load and making it possible to multitask without having me having a dyslexic melt down.
I love the new Pop-Out feature for Chat, but it doesn't appear to work for Meeting chats. Please keep going with this: allow different Teams in different windows, pop-out for meetings, etc.

Dear Microsoft, It's hard to add something new to this thread, so I'm just copying the first comment
I see on the window.

This is so important. I have multiple Teams and we're using it for meetings as well. It's killing our productivity to have to change back to sharing, then losing where I am in a file I was looking at and so on. It's like you've removed the idea of Windows from Windows! Glad to hear it's on its way."
I feel the same pain!
Whenever I need to see something outside the current chat/team, or if receive a notification and click on it, I lose the context where I was. It's a huge productivity killer, and it makes me feel tired.
I believe this might be on the wish list for the near future, but could you please increase it's priority?
P.s. Both for Windows and Mac.

YES YES YES 1000000 times yes!
Fully support this one. It is very inefficient to use chat as it now.

All of the following tickets (and I'm sure there are more) seem to be asking for the same thing: When chatting with multiple people at the same time, you have to keep switching back and forth in the left panel and it feels very clunky. We all want an easier way to have separate conversations with multiple people at once.
