Better reporting on Teams Room usage
We have through the last two years monitored the usage of Skype Rooms in order to identify training needs etc. through the "Participated Conference Audio/Video Count" or "Participated Conference Audio/Video Minutes" Skype statistics in the O365 admin portal, but we are lacking a similar reporting for Teams usage. Pls fix:-)
I agree. I also need to pull reports based on specific dates. The current reports only gives you 7d, 30d, 90d.
We have the same issue - Teams usage reports do not include the same detail as the skype reports did. Our business previously reported on skype use for sustainability purposes – reducing the need for travel and used the following fields from the Skype activity summary.
Peer-to-peer Audio Count
Total Organized Conference Count
Total Participated Conference Count
Peer-to-peer Audio Minutes
Organized Conference Audio/Video Minutes
Participated Conference Audio/Video Minutes
The Teams use report currently available in the admin reports section only gives the following data:
Team Chat Message Count
Private Chat Message Count
Why can we not have the same reporting data? very frustrating!
