Email alert for missed calls in queues
There should be an option when configuring a call to to nominate an account that receives a notification if a call queue misses a call. While the option to forward this call to another group or agent exists, This option would allow an administrator to address the missed call directly rather than wait on reports.
Although I would settle for the missed group/hunt call appearing in the "missed calls" logging area of MS Teams.
Our old Shoretel system has the ability to store a record of a missed call number when group call/hunt group call was missed by support members, regardless of whether the caller left a message or not...
****, even our retired, ancient Telstra Commander system had a way of capturing missed calls from a hunt group if no message was left!
But an alert sent to a designated group email address would be absolutely brilliant!!
MS Teams desperately needs it!!!
I believe a lot of people are asking for this feature. Receiving a notification for missed calls can help us identify who is dropping from our queues.

I would love to have this option, please! It would help our team get back to our customers easier.
If a call rings through a call queue, we would like to see the missed call show up in the call history please. This helps with follow up during busy day times and after hours. This is mission and business critical. Thanks!
PLEASE MAKE THIS HAPPEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Seriously, how is this not a thing? Another area where Skype was superior.
